Thank you to everyone who took the time to send us their feedback via the Strategic Plan questionnaires. We had 716 responses.
- Questionnaire for People we Support – 139 responses
- Questionnaire for Family and Natural Supports – 100 responses
- Questionnaire for Parents and Guardians – 140 responses
- Questionnaire for Staff – 337 responses
Step 1 is now completed. Step 2 is Join a Focus Group.
A number of focus groups will now be held to explore topics raised in questionnaire returns in more detail, with an Expression of Interest (EOI) issued for participation. (See below)
A focus group is a group of people assembled to participate in a discussion about the strategic plan themes before it is developed.
Who are we looking for?
- We are looking for people we support, family members and natural supports to be represented in our focus groups.
- We are also looking for staff from all across the organisation to join our focus groups. It’s not possible to name all roles, but to name just a few, we would love to hear from staff in Catering, Day Services, Facilities, Finance, HR, Nursing, Quality, Residential Services, Social Care, Therapy Services, Transport, PIC and Regional Management roles.
From where?
We would like focus group participants from all areas of Cork – North Cork, East Cork, North City, South City and West Cork.
What’s involved?
You will be part of a 2 hour once off meeting discussing some of the themes raised in the questionnaires. Training in participating in a focus group will be provided to people we support in advance.
